Terry D. Taylor
Terry is an international consultant who travels so much that it seems he visits his home rather than lives there. Over the years, he has worked with small non-profits to international Fortune 500 entities, in all areas of the globe, and with teams of diverse people from diverse places. He began this work by chance. He was asked by a small non-profit to speak about research that he was engaged in at Stanford University. After his talk, he was approached and asked to work with the agency on organizational issues, and voila, a career was started.
He founded and currently serves as President for Global Genesis, a small consulting firm that specializes in organizational development, training, coaching, and consulting in negotiations, conflict resolution, high performance teamwork and strategic planning. Thanks to his daughter, Genevieve Taylor, he has brought his years of experience to the challenges of global sustainability. He has served on the Board of` Directors for the Green MBA program at Dominican University and currently enjoys being a Board member for the Leadership Institute for Ecology and Economy in Santa Rosa, California.
Past and present clients include Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer Company, Marriott International Hotels and Resorts, the Singapore Government and Samsung Corporation.
Terry studied educational and social psychology as an undergraduate and graduate at Stanford University.
